Returns Policy
You may return all undamaged items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.
Satisfaction guaranteed! We will accept your return for any reason and provide a free return label!
To process a return, please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at RMA@Wirelessboss.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and further instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All orders will be shipped Same Business Day if placed before 1:00 pm EST or Next Business Day after 1:00 pm EST unless stated otherwise.

Expedited Shipping - $3.99 - Estimated arrival within 3-5 Business days
FedEx 2 Day Shipping - $9.99 - Estimated arrival within 2 Business days
FedEx Overnight shipping - $17.99 - Estimated arrival within 1 Business day
** Non-Continental U.S. regions (PR, AS, AK, HI) will require an additional 1-2 days in delivery time, regardless of shipping method chosen.
